What carries your branding
Once your partner account is approved, the agency owner can switch on branding in the White-label settings. You enter a brand name, an optional HTTPS logo link and a brand colour.
Those settings apply to your partner workspace and to the secure document-request pages you send to customers. If the logo cannot load, your brand name still shows.

You set the price on every visa
When you check a route in the workspace, you see the government or supplier fee, the Krosz B2B fee and your net cost. You then type your own markup, and the customer price and your earning update straight away.
Your markup is kept separate from government and Krosz fees, so you always know what you earn on each application. The agent cost is paid from your agency wallet.
What your customer sees
When documents are missing, you create a secure upload link for one document type, such as passport, photo, flight, hotel, bank statement or a supporting document. The customer opens the link, sees your branding and uploads the file.
The upload lands on the application in your workspace, so you do not collect files over chat or email.
What Krosz still handles
Krosz verifies each route and its price before you can start an application on it. Routes that are not verified yet show as price under verification.
The visa decision is always made by the issuing authority. Krosz cannot guarantee approval or a processing time, and your own client messaging should not promise either.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own domain for the partner workspace?
No. The branding settings cover your brand name, logo and colour. Custom domains, branded sign-in pages and email sender names are not configured by these settings.
Who can change the branding?
Only the agency owner. Team members see the branded workspace but do not get the White-label settings.
Can I turn branding off later?
Yes. Turning it off restores Krosz branding in the workspace and on document-request pages.
Does white label mean Krosz decides the visa?
No. Krosz prepares the application. The visa decision always comes from the issuing authority.
