How to become a visa agent with Krosz

Start selling visas without building your own system. Sign up, get approved, add customers and keep the markup you set. GSTIN is optional at signup.

You can start as a visa agent by opening a Krosz partner account. You set the price, Krosz prepares the application, and you keep the markup you add on top.

Apply to become a partner · Krosz reviews partner applications within 24 hours.

What you need to sign up

The partner application asks for basic agency details. Operational access starts after Krosz approves the account.

How you earn

For every visa, the workspace shows the government or supplier fee, the Krosz B2B fee and your net cost. You add a markup, and the customer price is your net cost plus that markup.

The Earnings screen then shows your total, this month, pending and average earning per application, and which destinations earn the most.

A sensible order for a new agent:

What to expect

Only routes that Krosz has verified appear in the workspace. If a route shows price under verification, you cannot start an application on it yet.

Krosz prepares the application, but the issuing authority decides the visa. Do not promise approval or a fixed processing time to your customers.

Frequently asked questions

Is GSTIN compulsory to apply?

No. GSTIN is an optional field on the partner application. Ask your accountant about your own tax obligations.

Can my staff use the account?

Yes. The owner can add team members as Visa Executive, Manager or Accounts, and control access by role.

How quickly will I hear back?

Krosz says it responds to partner applications within 24 hours. You get the update by email.

Do I have to know every country’s visa rules?

The workspace shows the verified route, maximum stay and number of verified documents for the destination you choose, so you are not working from memory.
