What is inside the portal
Each screen covers one part of running visas for clients.

The pricing screen
The New Visa screen breaks the price into government or supplier fee, Krosz B2B fee, your net cost, your markup and the final customer price. The green box shows what you earn.
If a route is not verified yet, the screen says price under verification instead of showing a guess.
Who can do what
The agency owner can add team members as Visa Executive, Manager or Accounts. Each role sees only the screens its permissions allow, and the owner can disable a member at any time.
What the portal does not cover
The partner workspace is for visas. Flight and hotel booking are not part of it, and the workspace does not currently offer an API or a website widget.

How do I get access?
Create an account at partners.krosz.com and submit your agency details. Access starts after Krosz approves the account.
Does my team need separate logins?
Yes. Teammates sign in with their own login using the email you added, and their role limits what they can open.
Can I see what each application earned me?
Yes. Every application shows your markup as your earning, and the Earnings screen totals it by destination.
Is my customers’ data shared with other agencies?
Each agency works inside its own membership and permissions, so partners see their own customers and applications.
