- Keep the VFS reference number
- Open the VFS Poland India track-application page and enter your details
- Optionally check the embassy's 'Visa decision status' list for your application number
- Collect the passport at the VFS centre, or by courier (INR 960) if chosen

Timing, delivery and delays
Processing time
15 calendar days from submission of an admissible application at the embassy/consulate; can be extended to 45 calendar days. Satellite VFS centres add 48–72 hours of transit.
