- Keep the VFS receipt you got at submission
- Open the VFS Germany India track-application page
- Enter your reference number and the other details the form asks for
- Wait for the 'ready for collection' or 'dispatched' update
- Collect the passport at VFS or receive it by courier if you paid for it
