How to check your Greece visa status
- Submit at the Greece Visa Application Center (GVCW) and keep the Payment Receipt
- Open the GVCW 'Track Your Application' page
- Enter your Application ID and passport number
- When it shows the passport is ready, follow the collection procedure
- Collect in person with ID and the Payment Receipt, or receive it by doorstep courier

Processing time
Up to 15 working days from the day the Embassy of Greece receives the application (once it is admissible), plus courier transit: about 5 days from New Delhi, 6–8 days from the rest of India. Can be extended to up to 45 calendar days.
How you get the visa
In-person collection at the VAC with ID and Payment Receipt; you are advised to open the sealed envelope at the centre and check the visa dates. An authorised person needs the original receipt, a signed authorisation letter (submitted with the application) and ID copies. Doorstep courier delivery is optional; if refused, a courier user must return the signed refusal letter to the embassy.
