How groups work

You save travellers as customers, put them together in a group and start a trip from that group. You choose the destination, purpose and travel date once.

The workspace creates a separate visa application for each unique traveller in the group. Each traveller then has their own status, documents and next action.

Collecting documents from a group

Each application can have its own secure upload link for a document type such as passport, photo, flight, hotel, bank statement or supporting document. Travellers upload their own files, and everything lands on the right application.

The Customers screen shows a readiness badge and passport status per traveller, so you can see who still needs a valid passport check before departure.

Pricing a group

The markup you enter on the New Visa screen applies to each application created in the batch. You can still change the markup on an individual application until the agent cost has been paid from the wallet.

Running a group with a team

Add operations staff as Visa Executive, Manager or Accounts. Executives work cases, and accounts staff handle the wallet and earnings, while the owner keeps control of branding and team access.

Plan the timing carefully

Processing time depends on the destination and the issuing authority, and Krosz cannot guarantee approval or a date. Start group applications as early as your booking allows, and use the urgent flag for travellers leaving within seven days.
